I created this necklace storage holder out of necessity. I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but I have my favorites. They were getting tangled on the top of my dresser because I had no place to put them. This simple project keeps me organized and my chains tangle free.
Materials:
Wooden plaque
Wooden knobs
Paint
Glue
Picture Hanger
1. Paint the plaque to match your room. In my case I painted it green and then white-washed it to match the furniture in my bedroom. The plaque I used was approx. 11.5" long x 8.5" wide.
2. Glue the wooden knobs to the plaque. I used wood glue. White craft glue would work too. You could paint them. I left them natural. I found these little knobs in the unfinished wood section in my local hobby store.
3. Attach a picture hanger to the back. Hang on the wall and hang your necklaces for easy, organized access.
